About TND0288
DryBox 17,000 Watt Food Dehydrator – TND0288 is a high-capacity industrial drying solution engineered with a strong airflow design to ensure uniform and consistent drying across all trays. It is ideal for drying fruits, vegetables, spices, herbs, pharmaceutical products, ready-to-eat, ready-to-cook products, and meats.
This model is compatible with 288 Stainless Steel 304 trays supported by 12 trolleys (24 trays per trolley). Tray size is 16 × 32 × 1 inch. It allows an input product load of approximately 550 – 600 kg per batch, making it suitable for large-scale commercial and industrial food processing units.
The TND0288 features a separate Drying Chamber and Heat Pump Machine. Installation can be done on-site either by constructing the drying chamber as per provided drawings or through complete installation support by the DryBox team. The drying chamber is built using 60 mm insulated PUF panels (Polyurethane sandwich panels) for superior thermal efficiency.
The machine is available in MS Powder Coated, SS 304 / SS 316 or a combination of both materials as per customer requirements. As with all TND0288 series food dehydrators, this model is CE-certified, GMP & ISO 9001:2015 certified, ensuring quality, safety, and long operational life.
