About TND0240
DryBox 15,000 Watt Food Dehydrator – TND0240 is a high-capacity industrial drying solution designed with a strong airflow system to ensure uniform and consistent drying across all trays. It is suitable for drying fruits, vegetables, spices, herbs, pharmaceutical products, ready-to-eat, ready-to-cook products, and meats.
This model is compatible with 240 Stainless Steel 304 trays supported by 10 trolleys (24 trays per trolley). Tray size is 16 × 32 × 1 inch. It allows an input product load of approximately 280 – 500 kg per batch, making it ideal for commercial and industrial-scale food processing.
The TND0240 features a separate Drying Chamber and Heat Pump Machine. Installation can be done either by building the drying chamber as per provided drawings and materials or through complete on-site installation by the DryBox team. The drying chamber is constructed using 60 mm insulated PUF panels (Polyurethane sandwich panels) for energy-efficient performance.
The machine is available in MS Powder Coated, SS 304 / SS 316 or a combination of both materials as per customer requirement. As with all TND0240 series food dehydrators, this model is CE-certified, GMP & ISO 9001:2015 certified, ensuring quality and operational safety.
